Iconic Hotel

This is 3rd time am stayed in this hotel, place is quite and peaceful Little far from beach or main road but if you came in bike or car then good Pool is big and in open place food quality is avarage

The staff behavior was good, the room was not clean enough specially the balcony, Food quality was good but a little expensive. The location of the hotel is little far from the beach, almost 15 min walk.

1. staff's behavior is very bad. 2. swimming pool was dirty 3. they charged many extra charges.

Property is little far from beach, not so far. Food is good, Price is reasonable. Same rice as outside restaurant's price. Service also good. But room should be more clean and clear. Overall it is above the average rating.

The rooms are fine.The hotel's designated phone number If you call that phone number ten times, you might get through once.We arrived at the New Digha Iconic Hotel early in the morning. So we stood in front of the hotel from six to nine in the morning in front of hotel reception,But no staff was seen during those three hours.So we had such a problem.If there is a problem with the hotel property is imposed on the guests., ,The behavior of the hotel staff is not very good.

I liked it very much but the staff is a bit slow. If I order anything, I order it very late I liked it very much but the staff is a bit slow. If I order anything, it takes a very long time for the order to be delivered

Property's food and location was excellent and hospitality was top notch and the staffs were very professional and took care of us like their own.. It was an amazing experience I would like to visit again

The hotel is situated in a remote area. The market and sea beach is 2 km away from the hotel. If you are traveling by private car then it's OK otherwise a big No. This hotel does not allow any outside food. You have order food from hotel in-house restaurant. If you want to explore varieties of food option then you have eat outside the hotel. The rooms are not so good as shown in the picture. Only thing what I liked in this hotel is that they have a inhouse swimming pool. They also have separate small pool for kids. The pool water is clean and well maintained.
