Rooms - excellent Bathrooms - excellent Hygiene and cleanliness - excellent Bed and Room Facilities - Excellent Swiming pool - good (due to size)

Good. But hotel manager creating cricies room not available & earn extra charges. I am seen my eyes in front of me. But rooms are available showing available... Not acceptable this

Rooms and food quality is good. Swimming pool timing is bad and they also don’t provide pool towels which they need to improve.

Had a excellent stay at sea crown hotel, all the staffs are very friendly and they provide excellent service

Room cleanness, room service is so good. Overall behaviour of the staffs are good. But they can't take payment through card. They claim extra charges from customer for card payment.

Hotel tried to take surged price after prepaid booking and denied checkin.
