The service is very good. Every person is very good. The hotel is very clean. No additional charges. The air conditioning is very good.

Food quality is good, location also good

Food preparation was very nice and very good behavior of all staffs very cheerful and humble and cleanliness up to the mark🙏

Property was good, staffs are very helpful and professional. Food quality and price is also reasonable. Room condition is good but the one thing we suffer is baby cockroaches all around the room. Hotel location is little far way from new digha beach (approx 15min walking).

The rate was high as per the room. I did not expect anything good. The room was for Rs 1200. And the room was also small and had less space.

Location of the property is good, a bit away from New Digha beach but not amidst the hustle-bustle. It really stands out in terms of food quality and prompt services by energetic and warm natured staff. in terms of amenities and maintenance, some scope of improvement is there. However, it's a value for money property for a short getaway.

Everything was fine and the property was also fine. The room was fine and the furniture was also fine and everyone's behaviour was also good. The food was also good.

Excellent rooms. Very tasty food. Behaviour of staffs are cordial. Seabeach is 1 km away from the hotel. Sea is not visible from the hotel. But the environment is good. Happy to staying here.

the location of the hotel is from beach around 20 minutes walking distance. it's not 4-5 minutes. other thing like food services are good.

Hotel is good and hygienic but food quality is not so good. Also distance from beach is more as expected. Rest all things were ok like staff behavior. Also one more points they must accept credit card which was not available at my check out.

1. Location is good 2. Room service is good. 3. Bed size is decent enough for 2 adult and 1 child. 4. Room size is bit small but manageable for 2 days stay. 5. Staff is very supportive, well groomed. 6. Floor mat quality should improve.
