Terrible Stay
When we reached hotel, room/washroom was not cleaned on that time. Pillow cover/bed sheet was not changed. Fan regulator not working. Ac remote was not there. Bed mattress was in poor condition. Terrible condition was there. Not recommend any one to go this hotel. It's very bad experience after paying so much money and getting this type room. That all

Review Hotel Park Garden
Room was good but too far from sea beach, there was no system of calling the reception from the room, staff are good but not organised, the room was pre booked but still it was not ready when we arrived there at 3 PM.

Average Stay
Food was average, the hotel authority should take care more on cleanliness and management. After I left hotel, they called me 2-3 times to confirm whether I have cleared all dues or not.

Hotel Park Garden Digha
Very poor accommodation and untidy, no room service. Firstly they are provide me another room not my booked room after that I will tell you then they are arranged this rooms 4:00 Pm. Its very disgusting but food is very tasty. Than restaurant is also untidy and unhygienic.

Location not good but foods good

Good food and service
Mr. Deepak is a very good care taker and offers prompt service too. Foods are very good and served at room as hot and delicious. I like fooding most in this trip. Next time I will visit again.

Worst experience
First about the location far away from station and far far away from beach. When we check in the process was smooth but after that when we get in the room oh my god it was horrible like 2nd class Hotel room. It was dirty, smelling was feel like vomiting. Then we ask them to change the room then we got okay type room. Bathroom was too small. Now the service part it was worst than the Hotel. There was actually no room service we got. My husband totally got upset they don't even had only one sport Channel. My husband ask them for a towel and they don't even respond to it. The reviews all are fake which they showed in their Hotel company Page. Absolutely not Worth it.

Memorable trip
Overall trip was good, hotel staffs are good the in hotel restaurant was also good. Everything is fine location was good a loyal bit far but you can manage a 10 minutes walk from the Beach. I will surely going to visit this hotel again.
One thing that I didn't like is the non availability of WiFi on the rooms it is only available at the reception.
