A very foul smell was coming from the bathroom. Even the bedsheet was not clean. The TV wasn't working either.

The room is not up to the mark as per your shared images of Hotel. I am sure they have not got the actual room which I was booking through your Organizations but the restaurant is so good with food quality and the whole Team members.

I am not satisfied
It’s far near 1.2km from sea beach, then room not like has explained in pictures or booking food of restaurants okey , service not very much satisfied also pool of this hotel not very good as they show in picture. According to price not that much good.

Worst hotel. Anyone will not visit again once go.
Worst hotel in Digha. Maintenance is very poor. Every where is full of dart. All floor is in wet condition. There might be water leakages in the wall, wall is also wet. Small water tank is available in the name of swimming pool. Loose wire with normal tape not water proof tape left inside the water. Though the wires are not live but till very dangerous in case by mistakenly the swich will be ON. Room service is very poor. Bedcover is not changed even booked for 2 nights. Bedcovers and bankets are full of marks of stain and dirty. Bugs are eveywhere. It's not safe for childrens. Skin deases may affected. Toilets are dirty. Basic facilities like ketli, plate, bottle, shampoo, hair oil, hand wash are not provided. Only local small soap is provided. WiFi qty is very less compare to floor area, which results no WiFi range inside room. Telephone sound is not cleared. When we saw very bad condition, we wanted to cancel the booking but there is no option for refund. It's very disappointed that even after so much of giving money, getting this worst services. Thanks

Stay at the hotel
One of the worst hotel in Digha..Staffs are rude..Room smells bad.. blankets smell worst..Parking outside Hotel..They take rs 500 for Driver stay and there no attached bathroom. The swimming pool is very small. The room charge is high.

Worst hotel.
Hotel is not well maintained. Very poor on cleaning. They don't even provide washed bedcovers and blankets. Always floor is wet. Somewater leakage in every wall. Curtains are so darty anyone dare to touch it. Bugs are everywhere due to poor cleanness. WiFi density is very low, caising WiFi out of range. Landline is not properly working.Swimming pool is too small and opens only in daytime. Hotel staff are too rude. I wanted to cancel my booking. But there is no option for refunding. Literally I loose confidence and truston MMT.

Horrible experience
Room condition is very bad, also staff behaviour is very ruddy. Thats way we check out at 12 am.
