Hotel RK International

Rooms are very bad, walls are damaged, dirty smells are there. Service are very poor, they are not ready to give any kind of service, asking extra money to give extra bedsheet, wifi is not working, Phone network also very poor, overall, this hotel is not suitable for any customer

Location is excellent, 5-6 minutes walking distance from New Digha beach, enough space for parking. Good ambiance, staffs are good, very neat and clean room with a big bathroom. AC was working well, swimming pool is also very clean.

Very dirty surroundings near the hotel, Staff was not sensible to understand the customers priorities. Food was just okay and low quality services. Bedrolls were too dirty to sleep. Room was okay but the overall experience was pathetic.

hotel is good, ambience is also nice..but few staffs behaviour are terrible..they are very rude..food is also ok

First thing is the service is so bad. Second thing is they promised to serve chili chicken but they served chicken kasha for dinner. Third thing is that instead of throwing dirty dustbins in the whole hotel filled with garbage. A total bad experience. I don't think there's any need to book a hotel here at such a high price 😟🤬🤮🤢

Room & bathroom were clean, but swimming pools water not that much clean. that's why ami going to give 4 star.

Rooms was not cleaned, staff behaviour wasn't good, security asked for extra money, just spoiled of money.

this is an amazing property 😄, and the most beautiful is the behaviour of staff they are helpful and friendly. room service was good 👍 room is much more better than pics that are uploaded in the internet.. ac working properly. food was also very delicious 😋

The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. Had a nice stay over there. Food quality and quantity also up to the mark.

The hotel was clean and tidy , and the behaviour of the staff was pleasant and it was a blessed stay at RK international hotel.

Hotel is in good location, staffs are also good in behaviour. In the morning of next day - i was calling to the reception repeatedly via intercom for tea, but they are not receiving the call. But the check our time is very bad, it should be 12'o clock instead of 9:30 a. M.

The stay was good one but the respond from the resturant for the food ordered was very very slow ….manager was a bit rude nd was not polite with the guests ( including us also )

Mattress is so hard, so much mosquitos in the room. Blanket / quilt are very bad smelling. Lift is not clean and bad smell comes out

R. K international hotel was good, from the day of check in but check out, the night before the day of check out, i called the reception from the land line of the room, they told me that if you check out tomorrow morning, then the hotel will eat. Please pay the bill tonight. Then i said that i am going to be a little late but i did not like that the person from the reception came to my room with the bill and entered the room. I disliked this behavior of them, and my girlfriend was inside the room. It never occurred to me that the presence of a woman entered the room.

Rooms were very good. Washroom was specious and clean. Room service on time. Only issue was with restaurant. Clearly the guy was new and had no previous experience with serving in restaurant. He messed up every order. Also taste was not good.

I stay two nights in this hotel. My personal experience is very bad. Room service very bad. I order breakfast 8. 50 am and came to me 9. 40 am. Perday room cleaning not available in this hotel. I am not satisfied. My money is waste.

The hotel ambiance is very nice. Rooms are clean and well decorate. The stuff behavior is so gentle. Overall service and food quality is supap. I really appreciate the stuff behavior.
