After changing two rooms they finally provide an average room.The previous two rooms are not upto the mark.

Staff behaviour was Good.Food was homely.Beach Was about 500 meter.Manager is a good person.

Location is good. bathroom can be a little more clean. rooms lock system a little odd. hotel has a canteen but short on staff.

Location is good but the quality of the Room is very poor as it's kind of ordinary AC room not anything like Super Deluxe or anything. Even the Washroom is not so clean and many of the Sanitary items didn't work like wash basin, shower 🚿 etc..... Not Value for Money at all..... Better to find another property in the same rate.

Poor quality rooms, bathroom, ac problem over-all very bad. Update current photo booking because current hotel or rooms photo not showing before booking kindly looking into this matter.

The manager and the staff are efficient and polite. The food is good and homely. The rooms can be updated a bit.

i stay 3 nights but they not cleaning my room and toilet also they don't change my bed linen also. I booked ac room but they provide ac room but they shut down ac from reception. Balcony also very dirty. Pathetic experience.

Hotel is not good for family, unauthorized person walking hotel premises and living also, mmt is good partner i am personally knows to some mm t employes for customer support, company was very good, but hotel is not familiar atmosphere, please look into this matter mmt, thank you

I think I have stayed in one of the best hotels till far when it comes to behavior or food quality or maybe nearby attraction points. What else do you need in a hotel when you are visiting a Beach destination. Railway station, New Digha beach, Bus stand, and nearby local shops and the best part about the hotel was they had two balconies with an amazing view. People should visit this hotel if you are planning for New a Digha. Cheers 🍷😊 Staff named Raju and Sourav were amazing.

Good location, good service, staff behaviour is good

Location is good, all the tourist spots are within 10 minutes walking distance. The service is really good, the staff are well mannered and helpful. The food is really good. They tried their best to make your stay worthy. But the room is small, it is dim and need some decorations and lights.

Don't book this room. No towels in the room. No intercom in room.
