Had a wonderful stay at Richards. If you are visiting calangute and want to stay near the beach would recommend this place!!!

The location of the room was in a very scenic place and the room was very close to beach. The cleanliness of the room was good. I stayed in the room for two days. It felt good. This home stay location is very close to calangute beach.

Bad treatment by property owner. Caretaker is such an annoying and irritated not promising ask for extension for one. They confirmed but then asked to re-shift without intimation. Need to book on urgent basis with high price. No cleaning done in any day. Ground and floor area was unhiegine and smelly poor services. Already vacated. Don't want to book that property again in future

it's suitable for bachelors but not for families because we stayed on second floor with common balcony if we want to go to last room we should cross through that balcony only but that balcony is full with batchlers drinking beers by sitting on chairs in that balcony so no privacy for families. except this everything is good 👍

Unfortunately, my recent stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The cleanliness left much to be desired, and the staff's level of support was lacking. Overall, it did not meet my expectations for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Best place to stay in calangute the location is only 500m away from calangute beach. Rooms are as beautiful as shown in picture and view is very beautiful. People searching for hotels near calangute must visit here. Even we can rent a bike on the location. Lovely staff sudesh was always available to help us with our needing owner mike is so helpful they even guided for our next locations. I really enjoyed being in this location
