Rooms are not maintained ac isn’t working toiltes stinks so much stais isn’t worth for the cost we had paid

Clean Room and food was also good. Pick and Drop from Airport and this property is near to airport that is nice.

The hotel stay experience was disappointing — the rooms were not up to the mark considering the cost, and there was a strong unpleasant odor throughout.

The services and the cleanness was very bad and also we found a mouse in our room in night so we changed three room in the middle of the night

Property is good but the services especially house keeping is not at all good...daily room cleaning is not done and we had additional guest for which every time we need to ask to toiletries and towel etc. Food is average but prices are exorbitantly high with slow pace.

Location of the hotel and Rooms are very good. staff also good and helpful. Room service and food quality is also good. Beside this they also provide Airport transfer which is really helpful.. I always recommend this hotel for stay..

Location is close to airport and staff is friendly, do have facility of pick up/ drop at airport. We were suppose to have non-veg food but it was not available at restaurant, we tried their veg menu and it was good. Other good hotels are quite far (no walkable distance)

There were no electric kettle and complimentary tea bags. When asked they provided. TV was not working. We were shifted to a different room. There also the tv was not working. The room was very dirty. The towels were dirty too. Intercom was not working too.

Stay was excellent with good food good room service and supportable staff. My entire trip was planned very well So special thanks to him. Both driver and cabs were good. So Jaipur trip was a memorable and enjoyable for me and my husband ❤️

Unhygienic rooms, wallpapers were coming off, washrooms were not cleaned.

Breakfast is good. Airport drop is good. Location is fine, but Room has too much suffocation and Zero ventilation. Room is too dark even in day time all lights are needed.No windows and no fresh air. No outside view from glass its totally covered with wall. some plunge smell across the corridor. Bathroom has no exhaust. Bed has small insects and its a big problem for sensitive skin.
