Room wasn’t clean and it was not good as expected and shown in the pictures. Was no mirror in the room and shower was not working

worst service and worst behaviour of all for visitors, Guest, And also poor service of door lock system and water for guests

Negative all system not provided breakfast I have urgent work in early morning my whole money distory and rooms gate not open with key...bad experience

so no discount of f&b was given to me they refused any policy given my make my trip they said order you placed on make my trip will have discount despite didn't knew make my trip also take food order hehe no amenities no nothing

2 time room changed....small many tiny insect are crawling on bed...toilet in bed condition...small sized room...room light r inadequate...never recommend this typ hotel....

Room cleaning not ok and room phone facilities is not ok

The room was not even worth 1000 rs. No proper bedsheet, no hygiene, no breakfast. Just pathetic.

My stay was terrible as i didn’t even stayed for 30 min properly rooms were stinking seems like a shady hotel, dirty washroom highly disappointed.

hotel was not as per expectations,dust on the floor exhaust fan was also not working,at 1st the house keeping argued that it's not dust, later after lots of argument he cleaned it,the whole floor was under maintenance, whole day it was lots of sound of maintenance work, proper toiletries were also not provided, tv was not working, only thing was good was after complaining the provided us the things not present recharged the tv, and finally we had to change the room,food was good
