Review Of Hotel Helo Stay

Very bad experience, there is no tv, no room lock. It should be reviewed by make my trip. This is fraud with pasaanger.

Very bed service

It’s not a good place to stay with the family. The amenities are poor, dirty rooms, corridors and washrooms even worst.

Unhygienic environment, dirty corridors, rooms and washrooms are even worst. The service boys are so slow. Manager is hard to find at reception.

Rooms have a foul smell. The washroom was in dirty condition. No towel no washing soaps. The best sheet was dirty with some kind or mark. They don't even bother to change it. Khatmal in the room i can't sleep in the whole night. highly not recommended please don't come to such hotel. Very bad experience

Bad oyo room crossroad because not good manager say to guest throat to money

Finishing sahi nhi h average good

Found no gyser, no sanitaries, no tissue paper, even we had to call and guide the house keeping for the requirement. No led tv was working property was under construction

Everything is easily provided and every type food is nearly 🤟😊

Good stay service need to be good

Food service not available in the hotel, arranged from outside market. Taste was very poor. Room service also poor as suffer for drinking water.

the overall experience was too bad 👎 for the stay the staff was not maintaining social distancing even though they have not worn the mask and the rooms were smelling so badly that at the first time we have open the windows and the gate. so that the smell go out and also the kitchen was so unhygienic that there were cockroaches on the plates and in cups, the overall hygiene was totally bad. And also they don't have anyone receptionist who manages the calls for the room Overall experience was terrible.

Keys of the room were missing no punctuality in placing order no cleanliness in the washroom no bucket no mug no soap rude behaviour

Manager was denying the booking which i had booked and was asking money for check-in after big argument he allowed to check in but asked money for the stay while check in. However, finally he accepted booking while check out. He didn't provide any ammenties in the room
