staff behaviour is not tolerable
The hotel staff asked us for money in exchange for the dental kit and did not even give us a buffet lunch and behaved very rudely. We had to sleep hungry at night. They even refused us dinner

Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Basic Amenities Missing
I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. Basic toiletries like a dental kit and slippers were not provided in the room, which is something I expect from even an average hotel. But the most frustrating part was the service. I called the reception and requested a dental kit. They assured me it would be sent shortly, but even after waiting for a long time and calling twice, no one delivered it. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, especially in hospitality.
