I visited with my family....no good service ,poor stay and not good for family...feel unsafe ,manager and other staff not helping for luggage, room smelly uncleaned, bathroom not cleaned poop on seats ,messy dirty bedsheet....worst service......after 5 min we decided to checkout and he said can't refund but I called MMT customer care and helped this matter politely ....offer the Voucher but it's horrible experience first time .. typically highlights problems like uncleanliness, broken facilities (AC, plumbing, furniture), and poor service from staff. dusty rooms, dirty refrigerators, broken furniture, non-working air conditioning, and unprofessional or rude staff members.
