You need to ask for basic amenities, food is a bit on pricier end and rest service and staff is helpful. WiFi is not working everytime.

Disappointed Stay-Misleading room photos and poor servicee
I booked a Deluxe Room through MakeMyTrip, but the room I was given looked nothing like the photos shown online. It’s clear the hotel is using images of Super Deluxe rooms to represent lower categories, which is completely misleading and deceptive. When I raised this issue and asked for a room change, the staff simply refused and showed no willingness to help. There was no courtesy or explanation — just indifference. As someone from the hospitality industry, I was shocked at how little they cared about guest satisfaction. To make things worse, the duvet provided was torn. After I complained, they only replaced the cover, not the actual torn bedding, which shows a lack of basic cleanliness and standards. This hotel does not match its online presentation, and the service was far below expectations. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Avoid it if you're looking for transparency, comfort, or decent customer service.

Average Stay
The stay was average. After booking it shows complimentary room upgrade to super deluxe but the hotel denied even after the rooms are vacant and mm t was not at all of use even after contacting the helpline. I have to pay extra money for room upgrade.
