    third grade hotel with worst experience of my life

    This is not a hotel, totally disrespectful behaviour of Mr Ankit Meena, he kept us standing for half an hour for no reason, the hotel is not a right place to be with family, the rooms are gloomy and dark with lot of dust and dirt. Dirty linen, bad behaviour of staff lead me to have another hotel booking at last moment, I have applied for the refund amount and hope they will think and do something judiciously.
