I booked a room for my friend yesterday and this was the worst experience ever. At the time of check-in almost 08:00 PM , staff shamelessly denied breakfast even though it was clearly included. After arguing a lot, they agreed to send it to the room. But the room was in pathetic condition no waterin the room, horrible smell, and even in the washroom no water, bucket and mug were broken! And on top of that, breakfast was given in a plastic carry bag? Seriously? This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. You guys need to fix your service!
