Nice ,comfy and specious rooms with excellent hygiene. And the best part is staff and their helpful nature.. definitely must experience there hospitality..

I recently booked FabHotel Prism, Jaipur on 16 August 2015 through MakeMyTrip, as it was clearly listed on the app at the time of booking. However, when I reached the property, the hotel staff denied my check-in, stating that they don’t operate under this name anymore. This left me stranded at the last minute, causing unnecessary stress, and inconvenience during my trip. It is extremely disappointing that a fake/non-operational property was listed on MMT. As a trusted platform, I expect MakeMyTrip to verify the authenticity of hotels before showing them to customers. Such incidents damage customer trust and create major travel disruptions. I request MakeMyTrip to immediately delist this property and ensure proper verification of hotels to prevent others from going through the same unpleasant experience.

Room and location was good. But there was some loopholes like i got different bills which i have not ordered and extra charges.

Hotel services, hotel facilities, room cleanliness, room ambience, overall hotel is excellent. Must try for atleast once.
