Poor experience with hotel facilities. Washroom did not have lock. No dental kit provided. No amenities provided. TV wasn’t working. Too slow service. Telephone wasn’t working.

I recently stayed at this hotel and honestly, it wasn’t a great experience. The biggest issue was cleanliness — the room didn’t feel properly cleaned, and the washroom was also not well-maintained. Bedsheets looked used and the floor was dusty. The staff was polite, but the overall service felt quite average. The check-in process was okay, but the vibes of the place were not very welcoming. Location-wise it was fine, close to the main area, but because of the hygiene and lack of upkeep, I wouldn’t want to stay here again. Definitely not worth the price.

Not safe for girls at all. Washroom window ate transparent. From 309 room washroom people can record nudes of room no 310 room washroom and vice versa. I have photos also.

Booked a suite room and it was absolutely good. Staff were very helpful and they even allowed us for delayed check out.
