Room is very bad

Room was clean. If you want a good stay under budget then go for it. Staff was friendly as well. Found this stay on make my trip

Worst ever hotel experienced so far. Smelly rooms, torn bedsheets, dirty linen, soiled washbasin and toilet. Very bad hotel. We booked the room with breakfast and surprisingly they had no such facility. They ordered from zomato and finally we received it at around 10am after several followups. It's a total mess i paid for one day including lunch and breakfast the receptionist brought the 3rd class food from outside and kept asking for breakfast but didn't get it. The room was in a full mess and dirty i cleaned the room along with the receptionist. Whatever i asked it was denied after giving around 1000 extra, just got a chai and some food from outside please don't book

Hotel is reasonable good in 2-star category. If you don't intend to spend much on stay and focus on sightseeing this is fairly good. Staff is quite accommodating with early checkin or late check out subject to not much occupancy. Wifi is available but connectivity may be issue based on room. Hotel available at walkable distance for food.

With family when i reached at property in midnight none was there to open the gate when after 30-35 min someone opened the gate they says we have only 2 rooms available with us. Manager number was off and none was to attend. Then i ring to makemytrip cc and took help to cancel this and somehow managed after searching a lot with family to stay in another property. This was terrible experience. Will say makemytrip to disconnect such careless people from their list of associated properties.

Very nice and comfortable hotel

It wasn't good at all, toilet was unhygienic that was not something bearable.

Terrible experience. Very poor hygiene. Changed room but later found most of the rooms same with common issues. Dirty blankets, phone not working, pathetic washroom. Breakfast given in a polythene. Only plus point was hotel location. Thanks to mm t for accepting my date change request.

Rooms were very chilled, bathrooms needed some good work, water issues but staff was very nice and helpful.

The exterior is decent but when you enter in to hotel, it gives you a negative vibes! the rooms are so dusty, dirty. Can't imagine i had to stay there. The bedsheets are torn, pillow covers are black ( originally they are white though) the rooms does not have water! the basic amenity! we had to tell them 50 times (not less for sure) for water in bathroom. Still didn't got it. I had a booking "with breakfast. I was served road side paratha wrapped in news paper for breakfast. The person on reception was shocked to hear that my booking of 4 rooms for 2 days was with breakfast. There are only two staff in hotel (work one by one i guess, coz they were never available together. Never visit this hotel please! specially with family. I was with my colleagues and they survived somehow! worst hotel of my lifetime!

The worst hotel stay experience ever. 1) No staff for hospitality. 2) Every time had to call the reception for basic amenities. 3) Dirty washroom. 4) Hotel tricks you into giving tap water in an unsealed kinley bottle. 5) No water in early morning, had to call the reception, then, they switched on the motor. Horrible experience. Won't suggest it for a couple/family/group, however, an individual can survive.

Regarding the location Hotel is at best location.

Staff members of hotel are polite with smiling faces and room service is also good. Best for individual traveller or with group of friends. Not recommended for family. Location is superb if you want to see light and sound show of Amer Fort. Washrooms need immediate renovation. Owners please look into the matter. Otherwise all is well with good deal by MakeMyTrip.

As we checked into the hotel, the room was not properly cleaned, linen are okay and room was spacious but the washroom is not up to the mark.

We had a pleasant one night stay in Hotel Manbhar. Staff was quite friendly and supportive.

This Hotel is good for stay in Jaipur outside area Hotel employee behavior is good.
