Food was good ,location is average and the facilities were also decent but at first the staff was very nice then they started arguing with us about parking and late night check in and etc

Hotel is rated as Four Star Hotel, but service is not meeting the standards, I requested the Hotelier to provide me ZEE Kannada channel @ 1:30 PM, even @ night 8:00 PM they could not provide, being 4 star rated, there was no hair drier at bath room, during check out when i asked the front office told, that i should have requested, so what ever the guest wants we have request. if this the case what is the value for FOUR STAR RATING HOTEL. The main entrance of the hotel is not ideal / strategic, parking is at basement which is very small, if parking is full it is very difficult to take out the vehicle. As far as Room is consider, it is very clean, neat but it is little congested. housing keeping is good. Food was also tasty. However i was not happy with my stay, because when they could not provide me the required channel and some basic facility is availed at request. OVER ALL I FELT THAT HOTEL IS NOT GUEST FAVOUR.

I was driving from Bangalore to Mumbai enroute I booked a stay to Raga Boutique botel at Belgaum. Due to a tyre and wheel issue I had to take a 5 hrs break before I restart my drive about 150 km before I Belgaum. Though I had by booking at the hotel from 12 in the noon to 11 am next day, I arrived late post 1 AM in the night with prior intimation to the hotel. Next day I had to get my tyres changed, balancing, alignment etc. which took me some time. I could only check out after 1 PM. The hotel staff and managers were vey cooperative , they helped me find a tyre shop and also did. not pressurise us to vacate the room nor did they charge us for the delay. The room was very neat and clean in fact exicutive... The complimentary breakfast was. too delicious. I loved my stay at Raga Boutique.. Highly recommend for all including family stay. Its along the Highway which is an added advantage..

The overall stay experience was excellent. The atmosphere is very beautiful and peaceful, the staff behaviour and services were amazing. The food quality and dining atmosphere was also fantastic. The rooms and washrooms were neat and clean. An especially good option to stay with family. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice to stay at Raaga boutique hotel Belgaum, it's close to NH (Mumbai -Banglore Highway.Excellent location, away from the madding crowd of the city and traffic.Very good facilities, staff and management, very friendly staff, Great restaurant and very good quality food and the price is very reasonable.very good premises and very good parking lot. Everything was excellent and I can summarise in one sentence, 'Absolutely Superb in every aspects of a hotel stay '
