Review Of Hotel sagittarius

It was impromtu visit to Belgum with family & parents for a night stay. Wanted a hotel just for a night, stay. Hotel Sagittarius was the best option considering its price and prime location. On arrival, front desk staff, Ms Radhika, and Mr Azan were warm and helpful. Based on the incident that happened would like to give special shout out to Ms Radhika for being extremely kind and empathetic. Rooms were nice and cozy with all the amenities. Rooms service was on point and all our request were take care of. They have one amazing Veg restaurant on the 1st floor by name Tikka curry which serves grt veg food. Breakfast was excluded in my booking so we had our morning Bf and evening tea at eat out named ‘sweet house’ which is on teh ground floor. Food especially chaats were very satisfying. Overall it was great one night stay

Overall not satisfied poor service no facilities food is worse. Not recommended to any one. No flexibility

Just checked-in for a night on the way to Goa due to which I couldn't explore the property and it's restaurant. Kudos to the Night Receptionist and his team- as I did an early checkout at 4:50 am and they were active and available. Pros: Property Location is Good and Centrally located. Rooms are Well lit and adequately ventilated. Silence and Ambience is good as well. Reception Night Staff is Polite and Courteous and is quick to attend to any special requests. Clean Linen, Good Quality Mattress. Adequate and Safe Gated Parking for Cars. The lobby is accessible for People of Determination as Ramp is Provided. Areas of Improvement - Rooms appear larger in Photos than in real life. Bathrooms can be provided with Clothes hook hangers (They're missing). Although the Tea Tray is Sufficiently stacked- Stirrer/Spoon to mix is missing . Overall a Good property for Halt during long travel Journey. Will surely Visit Again!

Very happy with overall experience. Clean rooms, bathrooms and big rooms for two. Also it has restaurant in the same building for easy access for food.

Front office staff is very arrogant and not customer friendly it’s just hectic discussion in check in time this is not good for this hotel

The location, the assigned room, entire staff's decency, decorum and behaviour during the stay, and the food service and taste was all up to the mark.

Property is centrally located. Rooms are good. Staff was co-operatice. There is restaurant in the property. Down there is a cafe which makes food available all times. Overall a good experience

The hotel staff was very friendly and they gave me an early check in. Rooms were well maintained, very clean. It also had a great restaurant in the same building which was very convenient. Really amazing stay

Congested room. Tried for better standard. No much space to move.

It was good stay. Team was accommodating to the requests we have made. Worth based on the price i’ve paid.

The staff was polite and were considerate in keeping a room ready as we reached before check-in time.
