I went to Belgaum to meet my fiancé family & booked the hotel When my fiancé told that he will drop my luggage to room they didn’t allow even to enter lift for the same my room no. Was 203 nd receptionist name was he tooki called manager they told you can go Next day when i went back to hotel after shopping again same guy was staring nd checking out like a while standing in front of lift while i was waiting removed my room card from back of my mobile nd went up to found that my card was deactivated to access the room when i went down he directly told that you kept card behind mobile so it was deactivated i was surprised to listen the same as i have stayed in multiple hotels for my professional work. Next day again i kept the card behind mobile to check if the same thing repeats but i opened room without any hassle staff

The room and bathroom are dirty. I was there when central hotel opened and I am here to see the downfall. Even though the staff seems nice enough there is no maintenance of the hotel. There is exposed cement in the bathroom, some has black stains on it, some dust looks like mud or wet dirt that hasn’t been cleaned. Food is okay but has small portion sizes and during breakfast the restaurant staff is rude. I didnt book breakfast because I dont eat too much in a buffet breakfast setting. I wanted to order something and called the inhouse service and was told ‘breakfast neeche hai, khana hai to neeche ao’.
