It was ok but did not feel well, hope they need to clean and maintain proper hygiene

The stay was good, the hotel staff was very polite and friendly but the cleanliness wasn't up to the mark and the bathroom was moderately clean, with no hot water availability and a little overpriced for the service i got at my stay.

Property in city only but bar is next to hotel not better for family and rooms also avarage old type not swt box properly and segregate smell full room

From the time of check in till check out we had a terrible experience. Firstly they said we had a complimentary breakfast and once we sat down to eat they said it's payable and had lots of confusion . Very rude staff , bad service , The room was not clean very unhygienic . Toilet was disgusting and NO HOT WATER AT ALL , no matter how many times we complained there was no basic hot water . The tap in the bathroom was leaking and no one took action . There was no hospitality to talk about . The worst place to go in belgavi , would definitely not recommend and would like to take action . Very worst and indecent stay . The basic amenities were not given .

One of the most worst experience no hot water at all they said to have complimentary breakfast but when we went to restaurant we are not allowed they should clarify things properly to customer, taps are lee-king all the time we had very bad experience with this hotel

The place was good. For the month of may, the weather was not so bad that a non a/c room was sufficient. The only thing was that we couldn't open the windows and so the room gets humid after a shower. Also, there is no wi-fi available here and your phone may not always have the best reception inside the room. They do not offer complimentary water everyday and it is chargeable. We took the breakfast inclusive package and we had a good breakfast buffet everyday. The place is walkable from kle-dental college too (0. 5 km. Overall experience was good.

I recently stayed at rakshit international hotel, and the experience was disappointing. The aging infrastructure, lack of cleanliness in pillow covers and blankets, and congested rooms with a persistent bad smell left a lot to be desired. Despite a decent level of service, the high price point and a steep charge of 45 rupees for a single cup of tea added to the overall dissatisfaction. Additionally, the presence of mosquitoes further diminished the comfort of the stay.

Smelly room with old paint, dark passage, passage also very smelly no ventilation. Don't prefer next time. Not worth it with that amount

The room was dirty and the ac is also not working properly. Also the hotel asked me to check out @7am where my checkout time was 10. 30am

All amenities were poor. Room was moist along with bed and pillows. No proper light and washroom. Landline was not working

This hotel was the worst i've ever stayed in. I had made a reservation for two rooms for a two-day stay, but the rooms were incredibly dirty. The walls were damp with water stains, and the bedsheets were old and torn. To make matters worse, there was a foul smell emanating from the doors and windows of the room. Looking at the condition of the bedsheet i don't think they wash the bedsets after every check-outs. Ants were there on each corner of the windows. The presence of numerous mosquitoes made it nearly impossible for us to get any sleep. Additionally, the rooms were too small for two people, creating a congested and uncomfortable environment. Changing clothes was a challenge due to the lack of space, and the mirrors and toilets were also dirty. I had made my reservation through mmk, which stated that early check-in was possible depending on room availability. However, when we arrived at the hotel in the morning to check-in, the staff informed us that the rooms would not be available until 12pm. They even demanded extra money for an early check-in, which was disappointing. Normally, hotels offer flexibility with check-in and check-out times, but the staff here were uncooperative. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. I would not recommend it to even 0. 1% of potential guests

Hotel staff is very coperative and cleaning services are good. Best part about this was food... Damn tasty and quality✨

It was my first booking through make my trip. Hotel is located in the market. Rooms were neat n clean. Value for money. It was good experience

No wifi, very limited staff, no proper house keeping means no cleaning, room service is very. Bad, but staff are very polite finally location is very good if the management thinks properly they can provide more facilities
