The hotel is conveniently situated, with easy access to the city center, markets, and transport options. It made exploring Belgaum and nearby attractions very convenient. Rooms & Cleanliness: The room was spacious, well-maintained, and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the linen fresh. The housekeeping staff ensured the room was tidy throughout my stay. The bathroom was modern with good water pressure, though toiletries could have been more extensive. Service: The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the reception desk was efficient in arranging taxis and providing local information. Food & Dining: The in-house restaurant offered a decent variety of North and South Indian dishes. Breakfast was included and had a good mix of options. While the food quality was generally good, service during peak hours was a little slow. Amenities: Wi-Fi was reliable, and the hotel also provided parking facilities. A small fitness center and lounge area added to the convenience.

The room was very clean, beautiful and it was very cozy and comfortable. The washroom was also well maintained. It was a well standard hotel. The room service is also excellent and the food was great, very tasty and happy with the quantity as well. I feel this is the best stay at such great price. The reception person is also very humble he offered us an umbrella while it was raining heavily and we had to attend an exam. Overall all the facilities were too good and I highly recommend this stay. The check in check out procedure was also very quick all the staffs are very sweet.

Location is central. if anyone wants to discover old charm of the city then this perfect hotel. All iconic old shops are at walking distance. Rooms are neat n clean.

Hotel is well within the city yet convenient to reach. Property has underground parking which can fit a tall SUV. Rooms are clean and has all necessary amenities. staff is super courteous and helpful. Highly recommended for a family stay.

Central Location, street looks crowded but not an issue to reach the hotel. Sufficient parking in the basement & access to lift from the basement. This helped a lot as my father was on a wheelchair. Both the rooms were of sufficient size and amenities in the room were appropriate. At the time of check-in, rooms & bathrooms were neat & clean. Cannot complain on anything. Staff were kind enough to allocate one room before standard check-in time as my father needed to use the wash-room.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. It was a peaceful, happy stay. It is located in a prime location. There are amazing hotels nearby.

It was a good hotel. The management was okay but the didnt provide basic amenities like slippers. On asking they told that you wont get slippers in a standard room. Thats only for executive room. I was like are you real man?? The place doesnt have any restaurant. You have to order from swiggy and zomato even if you want a cup of tea. More over the AC wasnt working in the first room they provided. On complaining the management changed the room after requesting so much

Urban hive hotel initially didn't provide us toothpaste brush / slippers as mentioned. Every time we had to call reception for such small small things. They should have kept the room ready with all the things they are promising
