Excellent and comfortable stay!Adil the receptionist was very polite &helpful.Clean rooms,wonderful service&very close to the highway.

Experience was not as expected

Property is neat and clean. Food is also good. More over concern towards the customer is great from the owner & staff of the property.

We had a pleasant stay and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast experience. However, the dinner service was extremely disappointing. Despite having pre-paid for dinner as part of our package, the overall experience fell far below expectations. It took 20 minutes just to receive the menu card, and another 45 minutes for the dishes to arrive. The hospitality during dinner was poor. When we requested dessert, only two portions were served. To our surprise, the server told us, "You have paid for two." This comment was not only inappropriate but also insulting, especially considering we paid per person for the dinner. Such treatment is unacceptable. We strongly urge management to provide proper training to the staff to ensure respectful and professional service in the future.

The hotel is in a covenient location near highway. Staff was cooperative and polite. Breakfast was average. Bathroom is water terrible with water spill over the entire floor while taking bath. Poor design. Water supply is poor and it even stopped at night. Food for in-room dining was good. Rooms look old and not properly maintained. Rating in Makemytrip is overrated.

We stayed for one night in room number 204 and 205. Washroom condition was terrible. No water in flush or for tap. No working condition washrooms. Despite telling them repeatedly the problem not resolved. Money making business. If the hotel was fully booked earlier why should take booking for non working rooms. Totally disaster after paying such a hearty amount. Only answer we received some tanker issue or sensor issue. Hope make may trip @makemytrip take action on such hotel bookings.

Rooms and curtains are stinky . Exhaust fan crying. Staff doesn’t agree and accept probably they never slept in room. Food horrible

Worst staffc and receptionist. Its a scam! They post pics of different room and alot you different room.

Last year when I stayed at this property, it looked like it was newly done. In a years span, they’ve managed to ruin it. Broken cabinets, non working ACs, uncomfortable beds. The rooms were dusty. Restaurant food not that great. In short, no good maintenance at all.
