Hotel Emporia Tower

One of the best hotel in Belagavi. Staff is very very good And clean rooms and environment. A staff name is Arjun he is so humble , one of the best experience in that hotel

Travelled from Goa with family. Hotel is located in a good spot at Ganeshpuri. Parking available. Rooms were decent enough with AC and TV with wifi support. The staff was not so concerned about the cleanliness. We stayed for 4 days, there was no housekeeping performed in the room. Usually the basic amenities such as towels are provided daily but nobody cared to enquire unless we asked for the same. Breakfast is not available as their restaurant itself opens at 11am. We had ordered tea but the staff delivered it to some other room. The manager later mentioned that next days tea would be complimentary to account for their miscommunication, however there was no complimentary tea provided and the staff did not seem to be aware of any communication. When asked about the housekeeping, the staff mentioned that the housekeeping personnel rang the doorbell daily at 7am in the morning, which was not at all the true case.. Not so satisfying experience.. Would not recommend for family stay.

Emporia tower in belgaum is just 4 to 5 km from belgaum railway station, hotel rooms are clean and well maintained, rates are very competitive, staff is very polite, we reach hotel early morning 7 am, but they did not change early check in, it is haven for nonveg
