coupleGood location, ample parking for big car, the room was comfortable spacious and airy with big windows which mattered alot to us but the air-conditioner was not working and it had to be reported to be fixed, unfortunately even after fixing the cooling issue the vents were broken and could not be fixed, to air flow was limited. Never tried their food or any other amenity.

Pathetic and terrible
familyThe terms pathetic and terrible will be very mild to describe my experience in this dumb building called hotel. Firstly, i booked one comfort room and two standard rooms, but the day-shift manager assigned all three rooms as standard room to me by cunningly portraying standard room as superior room and as if he is doing a special favour. Secondly, hotel does not have running water facility. In the morning, i was brushing my teeth and water supply just stopped. I literally had to step out with foam in my mouth to draw their attention to make water available. Instead of helping me, the night-shift manager was making fun of me with his fellow staff members on my condition of foamy mouth. Thirdly, no house keeping came to clean the rooms during our entire stay for 3 nights. In a nut shell, i would only say that if you don't have a place to stay in rishikesh, i would recommend you to stay on the bank of river ganga but not at hotel qsainas sk regency.

Awesome accommodation
I had an amazing stay at this hotel the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent Stay
The stay was excellent. The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel staff took good care of us. The breakfast and food was tasty too. The room had complimentary water bottle and tea coffee facilities. Hot cold water and all bathroom fittings were working fine as well.

Not up to the mark for the price
soloThe room was decent in size but not very clean. There was no room service. The room also lacked a chair and table for eating food that visitors may order through room service. I think that's a basic requirement. Quality of food was not very good for the price they charged

Excellent hotel with big rooms, excellent food and services. Property manager mr suraj chauhan ensures good safety and security. Abhishek the hotel staff also helped.

Pathetic, worst
No toiletries, dirty washroom, intercom not working full night, no one is there on reception for attending if anyone need something in night. Even not a water bottle provided at night, hence slept thirsty whole night.

Very good budget hotel. Worth of penny spent
Overall stay was absolutely fantastic. The only problem is, the location mentioned on MMT site is incorrect. I would ask MMT or the hotel representative to update it accurately. I gave this feedback to hotel desk as well. Sometimes people book hotel based on location, this would be not a good experience for them in such cases but, the location of hotel is a good one on road hotel. So yes overall its fantastic experience and hotel staff are very helpful.

Awesome service and neat rooms. I wanted to extend my check out as my flight got delayed. They agreed and politely helped us for everything. Awesome for family. Food is too good here.
