The most important aspect of any hotel is its front office, as the first impression often sets the tone for the entire stay. Unfortunately, at this hotel, the front office staff fell short. Upon check-in, they greeted me without even a smile, which felt quite unwelcoming. When I requested to extend my check-out time by just one hour, the response was curt and impolite — a simple "no" without any explanation or courtesy.
On a positive note, the room itself was very comfortable and well-maintained. The restaurant staff were attentive and pleasant, which made dining a decent experience. However, the food served was only average and didn’t particularly stand out.
Overall, while there were some good aspects, the lack of warmth and professionalism at the front desk impacted my stay negatively. I would rate this hotel a 6 out of 10.
Thank you

Dear Guest,
Greetings from Hotel Presidency team,
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re truly sorry to learn that your experience at the front office did not reflect the welcoming hospitality we aim to provide. First impressions matter deeply, and we regret that our team fell short in offering a warm and courteous check-in and in handling your late check-out request with empathy.
That said, we’re glad to know you found the room comfortable and well-maintained, and that our restaurant staff made your dining experience more pleasant. Your comments on the food have been noted and shared with our kitchen team for further improvement.
Your insights are extremely valuable as we work on retraining our front office staff to ensure all guests feel genuinely welcomed from the moment they arrive. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
Warm regards,
Team Hotel Presidency
