The in-house dinner facility was till 7pm only, for which I was unable to have the dinner there itself. It could have been better if the facility for ordering meal was uptil 8:30 pm. But the breakfast provided was top-notch. Also the stay was comfortable.

The room was clean and the staff was courteous. However traffic noise throughout the night made us awake and could not sleep at all. Our stay was on Oct 18, 2025 in Balcony Deluxe room.

Commendable stay
Located in an excellent point, very courteous staff and host, in-house restaurant was commendable, tasty food and prices. Room was well maintained. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would definitely be staying here in future visits.

Excellent Stay
Truly touched by the service and care by the stafff. It is a comparatively new property. But the upkeep, cleanliness and maintenance is excellent. Truly a value for money. Breakfasts Service need to be looked into.

An Incredible Sta
I had an absolutely delightful experience staying at Hotel Polo Crossroads B&B. From the moment I arrived, I was met with genuine warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The staff here are some of the kindest and most attentive individuals I’ve encountered—always smiling, always ready to help. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after long days of official travel. The bathrooms were impressively clean, a detail that speaks volumes about the care they put into maintaining the property. What stood out the most was the personalized service. The team consistently went above and beyond to ensure I had a seamless stay. They even made sure I never missed my breakfast—going so far as to pack it for me when I had to leave early for work commitments. Such thoughtfulness is rare and deeply appreciated. A special mention to Marshall, the ever-reliable night watchman and all-round staff—his kindness and attentiveness didn’t go unnoticed. I also fondly remember two lovely female staff members—one possibly named Iban (apologies if I’ve got the name wrong!)—whose cheerfulness and dedication truly elevated the experience. The other ensured I never started my day without breakfast, and for that, I’m genuinely grateful. Adding to the charm was the lovely music always playing at the reception—it created a calming, homely atmosphere that made every return to the hotel feel like a warm welcome. All in all, Hotel Polo Crossroads is more than just a place to stay—it’s a place where you’re looked after with care. I would rebook here without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Shillong.

Excellent Stay
Property is very good in all senses except the location. Facilities are outstanding but no internal food arrangements. But I have much to share about my previous stay at Nongstoin which was horrible only due to MMT & nothing else.

Nice stay
Clean and cute little place just minutes away from Police Bazar. Breakfast provided was good..The staff were super friendly and helpful..

Excellent Stay
It was a memorable Stay.But i have few suggestions like they need to change the Bath Towels and mainly quantity n quality of Breakfast.There is no restaurant in the hotel ,fixed menu B/f is served in the room with Tea which is very less quantity like only 2 poori with curry is served and next day they served 2 slices of bread with jam & 1 banana.

clean hotel
Very clean hotel (100/100) and staff are polite and helpful. Location is idle without any noise pollution. Only problem is that there is no mini fridge and oven in the room for the particular room i booked.

Basic but Clea
Rooms are nice, clean and well maintained. location is good though a bit far from police bazaar. staff is very polite and hard working. However, the staff is very less (just 2). breakfast options are not there except puri bhaji and bread butter. overall good for night stay.
