It was good but not as per rent. The room was quite small and there is no outlet to get air in. Besides, the main room opens quite late.

The room was not neat & clean... There were a few bugs& insects inside the room. There was smell on the blanket and towel, TV was not working properly

location is good the hotel staff is not coperative when I check in the hotel there is no water in the room fan was not working I have order a hot wings it was so terrible service is also not good I will never visit again ....

Bedsheet and pillow covers are very very very old and dirty . It has many stains and turned white to yellow. Entire room is very dirty

The rooms are not ventilated. There was no window in rooms. Bathrooms are too small and have strong smell. As its a cold place hill station rooms didn’t have any hot water kettle . Didn’t got any hot water to drink aftet asking for my kids. Bathrooms dont have 24 hr hot water facilities for bath.

the Hotel location is excellent and food was also delicious, The washroom was clean and equipments was branded.

Very near by Police bazar main junction of the town. Local market are infornt of the gate. restaurant food are good but little bit expensive. Net and clean bt services need to improve .

Seepage was in the room, i asked to change the room but another room was also the same and hotel staff was not professional

The hotel is clean and beautiful, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Located at the City Centre of Shillong. Breakfast service and food quality was extremely good, especially veg meals. Nandan Jha (Room Service Senior Staff), was extremely friendly and helped us a lot.
