We had a wonderful stay at WGH Poetry Resort, Thekkady. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality made us feel very welcome. The rooms were well-maintained, neat, and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. What stood out the most was the staff – every single person we interacted with was polite, kind, and attentive, always willing to help with a smile. The food was another highlight of our stay; every meal was fresh, flavorful, and truly delicious. Overall, our experience was excellent and definitely worth the money. Good Stay
Property was good including aminities. Infinity pool was excellent. My kid enjoyed kids pool very well. Games area was good. Hospitality was exceptional 👏🏼 just felt like family. Food was just average. We took buffet. Overall experience was good 👍

Poetree Thekkady is overall an excellent property, with great location and super welcoming staff, these kind of hospitality is rare to be seen. I even got a see off gift from them. Cherry on the cake is the food taste, and varities in the breakfast. We loved poetree and it sets the expectation for an hotel very high. Highly recommended.

Terrible Birthday - Eve stay
Right from check-in to check-out a bad experience. All the staff members were untrained & were unable to understand my requirements . Our dinner on my Birthday Eve was terrible as the staff could just not understand what we wanted to eat as we were on a ala-carte meal plan. We had to leave without eating. Over- all a forgettable stay due to very inefficient staff in all departments.

Great location
With an excellent valley view perched almost on top of a peak with a long winding walkway along the slope inside the property with the best modern comforts in the room - the stay is perfect. Everyone in the staff stay pleasant and reaching out to serve better. But the response to ourhousekeeping requests took more time than reasonable.

Stay that comes straight out of a poter
Right from entering the property extremely warm and welcoming environment by all staff. Amazing staff service. Food was extremely good and perfectly made even for our little baby. We enjoyed the fantastic classical dance provided as added entertainment along with the 360 degree view of the valley completely mesmerizing. The property is very very beautiful and the staff is extremely welcoming. Loved our total stay and experience.
