Our stay was disappointing in many aspects. The rooms were average and overpriced, offering little value for money. Despite arriving at 2:15 PM, well past the 12 noon check-in time, our room was not ready, and we had to wait until 2:45 PM to check in. The food options were very limited, and the taste was average . Additionally, there were frequent light fluctuations every 30 minutes, which was quite frustrating. The only positive aspect was the staff’s warm and courteous hospitality, but overall, the experience did not meet expectations.
