Everything about the property is exceptional, the view is terrific... cottage area looks dreamy, staff is super helpful. right from the time you check in they will do everything possible to make your stay pleasant. they helped to secure entry tickets to shows and boating and other options as well.Property is 5 Star food is exceptionally good. It was my daughter's first birthday .they upgraded the room to more child friendly and safe option,they decorated and did a cake cutting and gave a gift as well... way more than i could have expected....

It was one of the best experiences ever ! It was my first visit to Thekkady and it turned out to be great . The staff were courteous and polite. They catered to the needs with extreme reverence especially Mr.Vineeth who took great care in the restaurant. The ambience was good , the room was extravagant and comfortable all well maintained. I had arranged a surprise candle light dinner for my husband and it was well curated and my hubby was happy about that. We would highly recommend this place to all

we got an upgrade to the presidential suite with a Jacuzzi. man the room was beautiful with a complete view of the surroundings. The restaurant was great too The staff were polite and tried to cater to your weird request as well

The resort is located just on the main road and close to the town but just like the resort name the location is so serene and the rooms are very spacious. Service was excellent. I went with my family with 2 year old daughter and they made us very comfortable with warm welcome and smooth check in process. We booked imperial deluxe room and requested for the room with full size window for a beautiful view and they are kind enough to provide that room. Food was great with very decent spread at breakfast. A la carte for dinner was great with wide range of menu at nominal price. Kids high chair and kid friendly menu was really helpful. The process from check in to check out was very smooth. All staff were friendly and cooperative, rooms and washroom were impeccably clean and all the linen were clean and well kept up. Overall an amazing stay with lovely swimming pool

As per pictures it was inside into the mountains but it is just beside the road that was bit disappointing. Apart from that maintenance of cottage and restaurant was good. Friendly staff from receiving to check out. Food is good.
