Terrible Experience – Not Recommended Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception and no lights in front of the hotel, which made it feel unwelcoming and unsafe. We had to call the mobile number provided by MakeMyTrip, and only then did someone arrange for our check-in. After checking in, we found that the AC was not functioning properly. When we contacted the staff again, we were informed that the AC had existing issues, and we were offered a Rs. 700 refund as compensation. There were no toiletries provided in the room, which is a basic expectation. While the breakfast was decent, there was no variety—only two items were available. Overall, the stay was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

We reached this resort around 7 30 pm. The property is very dark. The premises are not illuminated at all. Other than the dim lights at rooms and reception no lights anywere. Even we could not spot the entrance because of lack of lights. Checkin experience is smooth. I had opted for non ac room. The rooms and fittings looks very old but maintained well and clean. The restaurant serves north indian and chinese food. The luxury you can have is you can park your car just outside your room like a motel.

Room & washroom size very good, outside porch is very spacious, loved the space. Ample space for car parking. Staff very polite& helpful! maintanence needs improvement! bathroom needs hooks to hang clothes. Bathroom mat outside very dirty. Bedsheet & towels did not look fresh! blanket too needs a change! nice to see sparrows, but makes the place very dirty both inside the bedroom & outside.

Rooms are very spacious and management service is good

The room was spacious, clean and modest with all basic amennities in place. The food at the restaurant was tasty and service was good. The service at the reception, restautant and room was good.

The location shown on google maps is incorrect. However the location of the resort is easily accessible by road. Overall a good place to stay for the rate.

Must for anyone who is planning to visit medikere

When we had booked the resort through makemytrip we had taken the package with breakfast. But they did not provide us breakfast stating that there is no operating kitchen due to lack of staff.

This is not a resort, not even a hotel, just rooms are there. Terrible service. Not Worth for money they charge

Stay was good but hadn't get good food

I liked the service and hospitality.

It is a very big room and can easily accommodate two adults and two kids. Plenty of parking space

Located between the lush green coffee plants, it's a must and should visit place if any one is planning for going nearby Coorg. Food, location and service were really awesome. My rating is 4 stars.

The place is overpriced with very poor facilities. The hotel rooms seem like a house with moderate amenities and absolutely no other services. Total waste of time and money. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It is a nice resort which is conveniently located away from the hustle bustle of the city. It is ideal for people who have their own conveyance and who want to explore Coorg. The hotel offers ample parking space and quiet ambience.

Nice location and spacious. Value for money. Good for family trips. Food is also good. The hotel is located near the tea estates and driving distance to many tourist spots. Hotel staff are very courteous.

Its good to stay & will get a food there. There is no Swimming pool, DJ etc. The Buffet & complimentary Breakfast is not that much good. The order take from the Customers & those foods are good. Service is really good. Those who prefer for only Night Stay its good.

This is not a resort, just a marriage hall being used as resort during off-season, no resort facilities, just a restaurant is there. Not worth to visit with resort expectations. Good for just as hotel stay. Not value for Money quoted there.
