good place to stay, staff were supportive, property has a beautiful location, overall amazing experience

poor ventilation and ac cooling, electricity problem also and that time fan is not there. in photos and reality are different bad smell from room,bed and blanket

Hotel has good infrastructure but very bad management on top of that in my booking there was breakfast included but i didn't get even single day breakfast instead of 4 days solar water system is stop so did not get hot water for bath electricity problem also there so it run on inverter at that time ac is not working and there is not fan in room

Most pathetic experience. Would not recommend anyone to use this property. It didn't even have the hotel name or placard. Room was dingy in the basement and no jug, no drinking water, no glasses, no intercom.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at your hotel. There were several issues that made it far from satisfactory: 1. No basic amenities: there were no water bottles, soap, or body wash provided in the room, which are standard necessities for any guest. 2. Hygiene issues: the blanket and bed were smelly, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Additionally, the washroom had a persistent unpleasant odor. 3. Room condition: the bed was in poor condition, adding to the discomfort. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and service. This experience needs significant improvement to meet even basic expectations for hospitality.

I found the property and I booked my stay for 2 nights. Upon reaching at the property I was told that room will be available after 12 noon. At 12:30, I was told that the room which I booked is not available. They were giving me some different room which was completely different from the one shown in pictures. The room provided was very dirty and unhygienic also it was too smelly. We kept our concern in front of property's owner but they didn't entertain us and asked us to contact We gave a call to the customer support team, they arranged another hotel for us which was more than 5 kms away from there. We travelled to the new arranged hotel, which was again very poor. It was already very late for us so we somehow convinced ourselves to stay there but we were not at all satisfied with our stay.
