It is a guest house, NOT a hotel serving “white watermelons” and dirty bananas in breakfast.
Everyday same cold breakfast of puri aloo.
Rooms having seepage and cockroaches. Kindly check pics of cockroach and its urine for reference.
Due to unhygienic conditions when I got sick, hotel did not bother to provide any Doctor details saying we don’t have any idea. You can go to chemist yourself. The worst part is they knew it is a prepaid booking and you will be stuck with them either ways.
Rude and arrogant staff having the audacity to shout at guests when confronted. So called General Manager sitting in hotel is completely useless having NO control, whatsoever on staff behaviour or Operations. Single lift , that too not working half of the time.
Hotel staff conveniently forgets to offer welcome drink and when reminded, they said we serve “200 ml water bottle” as welcome drink…Seriously??
All rooms have ONLY twin beds irrespective of their King or Queen bed category. They do not have even a basic fridge in rooms, leave alone the lies of having Gym, newspaper and yoga-room facilities!
Complimentary late check out option for even MMT Platinum customers like us was just an eyewash. The whole hotel was empty but either they demand extra money or good reviews for same. (Kindly check other client’s review of 13th June 2024 too)
This so called 3 star hotel could not provide a single safety- pin when my dress accidently got torn at the time of check out.
They expect you to leave at the check out time of 11AM but when you reach for breakfast at their usual breakfast time of 8AM , neither staff nor breakfast is ready by then and housekeeping came to clean and mop the floor only after we reached there.
All in all, the worst experience of lifetime.
