We reached the hotel a bit late, and the staff just handed over the key. When we entered the room, it was very dirty — there was no water, the toilet wasn’t clean, and no towels were provided. Moreover, the breakfast was not hygienic.

Terrible Stay
I didn’t visit yet bcoz i need to modify the dates of booking, and I already raise the concern, which is not resolved yet, and I’m not getting any support from the tree bow residency

Average Stay
*As we check in we ordered our first n last dinner coz we got stale dal (badbu aarhi thi baasi thi). *Location wasn't a big deal as it is near the road but taxi stand is also approx 800 m away. Rapido helps us to manage this problem. *Facilities null. Rapid power cuts with no back-ups, poor geyser functionality, and BED-BUGS (literally khatmals) are seen on our beds which interrupt our sleep. Overall 3 star is also more than their performance.

Good Stay
The road to hotel is narrow but navigable. Has onsite parking and lift. rooms are clean with Hotwater in washroom.

Overpriced with poor amenitiesand services
In rishikesh, hotels are costly and not worth as per their room tariff. The pros cons of this hotels are - Pros - 1. AC was in working condition (thank god) Cons - 1. There was dead cockroach in the bath room, we asked to clean the bathroom but it was not cleaned till our stay. 2. TV was not available in room, while it is mentioned in the amenity list on mmt. 3. Bedsheet and blanket cover was in used condition 4. No mug in bathroom, a dirty mug arranged after asking. 5. Breakfast time is only 08:45 am to 09:30 am with very limited option 6. hotel is in street, difficult to park car at hotel parking location, asked to support to hotel staff in parking but they denied. i booked this room after seeing good review on mmt but i am not understanding how can this hotel get, this much rating.

Kachra Hotel
Hotel located in narrow street, Jugaad Parking. Booked 2 deluxe AC rooms. Did not get what was promised on MMT. TV screen in one room was broken, broken toilet seat in other room. Dirty towel was given that too after complaining. No packaged drinking water was given.

Awesome Stay
We had stayed at Treebo Ak residency and the stay was great and smooth.....host Raghu - is a great person, was always available and make sure that our stay at AK residency to memorable and cool....Helped us with any queries we had...Rooms was also cleaned and new bed sheet were used.... overall stay was great

Good Hotel, room is spacious with ventilation, batroom cleaned properly. staff is very cooperative Mr. Raghu ji and Bijender ji. Hotel is Located on best location. All branded eating places like dominos, burgerking, veer ji malai chaap at a walking distance of 300-500meter. parking available.

Came with small budget, the stay was pretty decent for the price, the people managing the hotel are helpful and helped with all the extra activities we wanted to do. Special mention to mr. Amit. The stay could have been better as we entered there was smell of cigarette, little maintainace can make the place better.

Good Stay
Rooms were neatly prepared and cleaned. Food quality was also good. There was couple of hair on n one of their preparation which once shown, was replaced. Quite happy with the service.
