Terrible Stay
Room is good looking and spacious. But not higeineic. Bed spreads and quilt covers are not changed. It was used before by someone. Hair and stain marks in bed spreads. We have booked that room as mmt rated it as excellent. Pols ensure cleanliness and higeine before rate them excellent

Excellent Stay
Comfortable and clean rooms. Centrally located. Friendly staff and good food. Would recommend to book the two room apartment or suite rooms if you plan a long stay.

Okay to stay
It is close to kattappana and we can reach ramakkalmedu from there under an hour.
We stayed in the suite and the rooms is well equipped.

Unfortunate events
Make my trip guys dint inform that we have booked. So they couldn't prepare for our arrival no corona safety checks done as such. Rooms were well maintained though. Had to call each time for basic toiletries and otherwise amenities. Complementary breakfast was not available even though booked
