Staff were very friendly, resort location was very calm away from city, neat and clean campus. The swimming pool need maintainance.

We can easily reach the place. Good ambience. Nice food. Well maintained surroundings and nature friendliness. Pool facilities are there. Average food and good coffee. Good support from the staff and team. Since the rooms are bit old there is lot of maintenance activities required, because of that the hygiene is not that much good. We stayed at premium room and if we rate the bath room and bedroom it’s almost 3. 5 only.

Excellent Stay
The stay was amazing. The service provided by the team elateria was good. Really loved the place. Resort is surrounded by forest which gives a feel inside a forest with mist and wind i will recommend this resort for who need a break from the hectic life schedules, or after an exam pressure also for couples and family. The food we got for dinner was mindblowing, also the breakfast. We played many games like carroms, badminton, table tennis and there is also a lot of books to read. Thank you team eletaria. Will surely recommened this place.

Worst ever resort we ever stayed
familyThe service is terrible. They provide spoiled food to customers due to which we end up in hospital due to food poisoning. No hot water. They will ask you to change even the booked rooms. Really had a bad time there.

Terrible Stay
Resort is in terrible condition. When we arrived at evening no dinner were served. Room is in bad condition no tv, no heater as they charged rs. 6000 plus for one room, swimming pool is filled with full of dirty water. Luckily breakfast is served with minimum (2)dishes. Its a worst 3 star hotel with no facilities

Good stay
The location of the resort was very convenient. The resort is situated in the middle of 8 acre plantations. Surrounded by lush green flora with birds chatter the resort will give you a memorable experience. The manager and staff were very cooperative. The amenities and facilities were good. The food was good and the rooms were neat and tidy.

Climate and ambiance are awesome but now pools and other surroundings are under maintenance and we cant enjoy the neatness and all. Service is ok

Still room for improvement
As of my experience it was not up to the standard as they show. Food was ok but the way they served was pathetic.
