Super Townhouse Edassery Resort

In my travel history this property experience is very bad. I already booked breakfast including package . But property people not provided breakfast. Room quality is very bad totally money wasted 😥

I stayed here for 2 Nights. The property is very easy to access, as it is in the centre of the town. The room & Bathroom were good, neat & clean. They don't provide a Mineral Water Bottle. Restaurant service is pathetic, with a limited menu. Thus I accessed it only once. For Breakfast they had only Appam, Chana Masala/Egg Roast. No other options were available. Nearby restaurants will be a better choice. The curtains & blinds were pathetic. Literally there were no blinds at all. Curtains were not enough to cover the glass windows. Thus as the windows were facing towards the Public Road & an Auto Taxi Stand, you will be visible to the public 😂😂😂. Especially, nights will be terrible. The Tap in the Wash Basin were secretly spraying water on me😭😭😭. I couldn't find a soap holder there. Room key has a habit of sticking on the door lock itself. You must be skilled like an expert robber to get this back. They have an Iron box, but they don't have an ironing board. So that you will have to rethink if you are there for a Business kind of Visit. Hospitality is poor. I felt like the staff were not even smiling. This is a Bar Hotel. I think their major focus is on the Liquor Business. If they give a little more focus on the Hotel, this property will be a good choice.

The team is relaxed, and the beds are cozy. Room was nice and restful.

The rooms were beautiful and well-maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Although it was part of booking no breakfast provided a clear fault from mm t as their download was not showing breakfast init which i have verified

Aftr reaching the hotel the front office staff who was so arrogant asked for extra payment for the room. I had to pay extra. The hotel staff was behaved as if they are providing free accommodation. Very unprofessional behaviour by the front office staff.

we had booked a non ac room with breakfast for 1 day. the room given was an ac room and the hotel requested for additional payment. had to call and resolve the issue regarding allotment of room without additional payment. Further in the morning we were informed that complementary breakfast which was part of the room booking will not be given.

I want to share my recent hotel experience. I made a reservation on 27th April 2023 and paid the amount. The booking was confirmed, and I arrived at the hotel with my family on 5th May 2023, 11PM. Unfortunately, things didn't go smoothly. When I reached the hotel, the receptionist demanded more money than what I had already paid. He wasn't helpful at all and told me care and deal with it myself. Feeling frustrated, In the end, I had to pay the extra amount myself to check-in. After two days, the hotel refunded the extra money they had demanded initially. But this refund doesn't make up for the inconvenience and stress caused during my stay. What worries me more is that many other customers have faced similar issues with this hotel. In conclusion, my check-in experience was disappointing. The receptionist was unhelpful, and there were problems.

this hotel charged extra rs. 720. Not at all satisfied

when i came at this hotel capital o edassery they ask rs. 647.00 and paid this amount through credit card. i inform through mail this to your executive and he ask me to collect a receipt with gst. but hotel authority is not ready to give this receipt. they told me we are collecting this through our account and that receipt is enough.i came to understand that this hotel is doing the same to all customers.please reimburse this amount if possible. most horrible is the behaviour our this hotel staff. and in room tv is not working

This app has no agreement with this resort, we booked the room for 590 rupees but when we arrived there we have to pay another 500 rupees for the room

We have booked through make my trip. But the hotel people took additional amount of rs. 450

When I was booking a room for below 1000, I didn't think it would be an average standard room. Yes really it was. I thought I would get an excellent room like previous times. Anyway, room was average. The ambience was also average. Room service was below average.. If you need a classic room, book a room for a higher price. Don't go for a cheap rate.

I had a good time at the hotel. The room was spacious and modesty priced. Complimentary breakfast that was included was good. It helped save time

Location of edassery resort is easy to access. Only 250 meters from kattappana private bus stand. Room was very clean and hygiene. Food is very tasty. Staff given excellent service.

Clean and spacious room. Neat and clean bathroom. Complimentory tea or coffee and bottile water not available. Please mail me the invoice of my staying.

Good rooms and well cleaned, property is at heart of the city no nature view
