I want to share my recent hotel experience. I made a reservation on 27th April 2023 and paid the amount. The booking was confirmed, and I arrived at the hotel with my family on 5th May 2023, 11PM. Unfortunately, things didn't go smoothly. When I reached the hotel, the receptionist demanded more money than what I had already paid. He wasn't helpful at all and told me care and deal with it myself. Feeling frustrated, In the end, I had to pay the extra amount myself to check-in. After two days, the hotel refunded the extra money they had demanded initially. But this refund doesn't make up for the inconvenience and stress caused during my stay. What worries me more is that many other customers have faced similar issues with this hotel.
In conclusion, my check-in experience was disappointing. The receptionist was unhelpful, and there were problems.
