Ramapuram residency is great place to stay, relax and unwind. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Our every needs were taken care of by the team led by mr. Sanal. We had a wonderful stay.

We had a pleasant stay in rj roses in dc last week. The property is right besides the private bus stand and in the heart of the city. Very grateful for the nice gesture towards my kid for his birthday during our time there. Rooms are neat and clean and the you would love the breakfast if you are a fan of central travancore dishes. Looking forward to another stayacation in the bear future

Hotel location is great in good town nedumkandam which is of course better than munnar town. It is on main munnar thekaddy highway almost with munnar 90 minutes and thekaddy 60 minutes away. Hotel though not a star property, but rooms were very clean and price was shocking low relatively. Main thing is hotel owner mr tony who was all the time there and provided us his kitchen where we could even cook maggi at our own as it was not in menu. Kitchen was super clean too. They provide only breakfast at present but they plan to run it full time in coming times. We give this hotel 10/10

Not a good experience no hot water on time, no lift in hotel. No food services. Intercom is dead. It is just a building doesn't give any hotel types feeling. Not worth to stay here. Pols share the driver and taxi details

Please improve your food quality and keep some extra items for breakfast. The room was very good. Hygiene of the room and staff co operation was truly impressed.

My stay at rj roses ramapuram residency was a great experience. The staff was friendly and very warm. I had to book a cab to tour the local place and the staff ensured that i get a cab for the same and on time. I also had to book an auto to visit my cousin's home nearby wherein the owner saw to it that we get an auto arranged at the hotel's premises itself. Food served was on time again and they ensured to check our preferance. It was a great overall experience.
