Green Valley Residency

The green valley residency is rooms are clean and there are clean and neat bathrooms and the city view is so good overall comfortable room and atmoshere njan also the services are also very good nice experience

We stayed one day. The rooms are very neat and pleasant. Located at the road side. Surrounded by scenic places. Worth for money.

The hotel have aircon room only in third floor so we have to walk all 3 floor up and access aircorn room

The rooms were cleaned exquisitely. The decor was minimal and well done and the lights were done in a very appealing manner. The room has a work table with 2 chairs which can easily accommodate two laptops - charging them though is going to be a trouble, since the charger is going to be stretched to the max when drawn from besides the bed. The TV provided supports HDMI connect - helpful if you're looking for an additional screen to aid you in your endeavours. A kettle, 3 glasses and a spoon was provided even though items like coffee powder, tea bags and sugar which are usually expected in hotels such as these were not kept - my understanding is that since the previous occupants had just vacated the room and it was cleaned just before check-in, they missed to place these items. But since I'm not much of a fan of any of those stuff, I have not deducted any stars for their absence. A light fleece like blanket is provided which felt quite clean and void on any unpleasant smells (👍). The bathroom fittings are quite new and in good working condition. It was mentioned in the room description that they provide toiletries, but they provide only soap. At this price point I had expected a toothbrush and toothpaste as is commonly found in hotels at this price point in most cities. The balcony from the room I chose provides a view of the road and the access to the balcony is all glass, which makes for a nice feel at night. Overall it was a good stay, and apart from the lack of the items in toiletries and the absence of the cafeteria items, which can both be easily addressed, it is at par with hotels in major cities.
