Review Of Kgees- HillTown Hotel

We recently had a two-night stay at Kgees Hill Town Hotel in Kattappana, and our overall experience was very pleasant. The hotel's location is a huge plus—it's right in the town center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the local area. Despite its central location, the hotel itself is surprisingly quiet and peaceful, offering a great escape from the busy streets. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment we checked in. They were always ready to help and had a very welcoming attitude, which made our stay feel very comfortable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and spacious. We appreciated the neat and hygienic condition of both the room and the bathroom. The views from our window were lovely as well! We dined at their restaurant a couple of times. The food was good, especially the dishes we tried for dinner. However, we found the complimentary breakfast to be a bit limited in terms of options, though what was available was decent. The hotel has a nice, modern feel and offers essential amenities like free Wi-Fi and ample parking. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and centrally located hotel in Kattappana with excellent service, Kgees Hill Town Hotel is a great choice. We would definitely recommend it for both families and couples.

The Deluxe room in which I stayed at KGEES Hill Town Hotel, Kattappana was really good. The Mountain View from the room was a great experience. Room was neat and comfortable. A special mention should be made about delicious food . The hotel is centrally located with sufficient car parking facility.

This hotel is in the middle of the town yet serves silence and calm ambience once inside . Timed restaurant services , food options are mainly Kerala dishes , tastes above average . We booked non ac room as we were anticipating cold climate and it didn’t disappoint. Non ac rooms are as clean as other rooms .

Breakfast is alacarte and they have kept just 150 for a breakfast and very bad food. Atleast they could have informed this while booking

Service & room are very good & hygienic, all the staffs are friendly, But morning breakfast was very bad, not too much tasty, so many times stayed on the same hotel but the breakfast menu is very pathetic.

Two staffs are arrogant behaviour and dont know how to speak with guest. They have to learn what is proffessionalism. They think it's the first time people are going to stay at their hotel. Even bigger and much better hotel i had stayed, everywher there was polite behaviour and treated well. Even in small hotels also very good behaviour.

Extra bed was of cheap quality. Paid 1008 rs extra for the bed. It was of very bad quality. Staff was very not at all responisive. No drinking water was provided.

My girlfriend and i had a wonderful stay at hotel hill town. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was clean, cozy, and perfect for a couple’s getaway. We especially loved the room. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the night life, and local attractive places. And we felt truly cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend it for couples looking for a relaxing and memorable experience"

Too high rates and the very less facilities. Not even providing a single package water as complimentary or kettle to prepare tea or coffee. Fouling smell on room and bathroom

The interiors were nicely furnished, but we were disappointed to find that essential amenities like a kettle were missing. We tried to purchase coffee, only to be told it's available after 8 am, which is why a kettle would have been useful. Furthermore, despite paying an additional 800rs for breakfast, there was no buffet option, and we had to order specific items instead. The quality of the breakfast was average at best. It's disheartening that the service seemed lacking, especially considering the price we paid.

While reached at hotel told that booking is rejected by them as no rooms available there. That was not good as expected.

Located in the heart of kattapana. Food was very delicious, staff were very courteous, had a great stay!

Hotel is in town itself, easy acces to hotels, hospitals, chemists, management staff should need to high up their standards

When we had serious eye issues the kind of help hotel provided was too selfish asking us to come over with red eyes makemytrip just tried at last moment we lost 12000 rs that's all we got out of this long hours of useless talk with mr j into at hotel who has zero humanity

Exterior looks good but interior is ugly over priced and no facility it’s just like very cheap accommodation

Located in the heart of kattappana town, kegees hill-town hotel is a perfect choice for someone who wish to stay in kattappana. The hotel was constructed in 2018 so the rooms and amenities look brand new. The staff were courteous. There is a lot of space in lobby at each floor and hotel is maintained very well. The restaurant in the first floor serves delicious food. The menu is not exotic but they were kind enough to customize the dishes to suit our palette.

Good, clean place, in the middle of the town. Tasty food available. Restaurant, cafe etc at walkable distance. Better to provide electric kettle in room. Good staff.
