Zodiac Heritage

It was an excellent stay. The location is in the heart of Mundakkayam itself. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. The staff especially Eby and Mani has left no stones unturned to make our stay comfortable. The staff also helped us in planning our sightseeing.

The property is very good in the heart of the city. Though, we did not find many people staying in there, but rooms and ambience are very good

The hotel is clean and the reception guy is really helpful, we stayed in premium room but the room size is not up to the expectations, the main con what we found is no view from the balcony, the balcony opens to the front side of the hotel and there’s another building. Entrance road really bad and difficult to find the entrance from the main road- reception staff helped me out to find the road toward the hotel. Tv channels were not available, wifi very poor. No handrails in toilet for towels overall i’m ok with the stay my comments are only for improvement

Very good hotel at mundakayam. Cleanliness at the best, well maintained. I stay here regularly, best place if you are going to sabarimala. Well equipped toiletries.

We travel-led as a family of three including our baby and we had a pleasant stay at zodiac. The restaurant and the property management was very helpful and friendly. Though the property is close to the main road, the silence and calm atmosphere was very surprising. We loved the stay.

Impressively maintained property. The whole property, including bathroom is super clean and modern. Final 100 meters to the property is a narrow road which is in terrible condition as well. There is a bar on the ground floor which results in the parking lot being crowded and noisy. It doesn’t feels like a safe space after dark due to random drunk people walking around trying to pick a fight. All the rooms are on the first floor yet there is no elevator. The room service was prompt in the evening, but the tea i ordered in the morning never arrived. The breakfast is a la carte and has a tiny menu of idli, dosa, poori and bread omelet. Staff were humble yet unpleasant.

Pleasant stay, ambient atmosphere, family friendly, quality food, friendly staff, neat rooms and bathrooms. Overall an awesome experience.

Hot water was not readily available. Cook was not available hence only one item was available in breakfast and even in dinner.

Decent hotel but price is on the higher side. Breakfast is not included in the tariff which is unfortunate considering the high tariff. No other facilities in the the premises.
