They provided us the room No. 106 which was very dark and smelly as the room was nearby to the garden which attracts mosquitoes and bed bugs. We stayed for two nights and asked change of room but they told that all rooms are full. I was not satisfied with the service and also rooms are very limited. Swimming pool was not well maintained as there was som died insects and dry leaves fallen in the pool. I won’t insist this resort to stay there.

This resort is located nearby the main road, so you can't expect mind blowing views of the nature from any room. But it's beautifully landscaped within the limitations of total land area. Beautiful plants in the compound improve the aesthetics. There is a swimming pool and small park for kids. Rooms are very clean with all modern amenities. Food was Ok. Managed by locals. Location is easily accessible.

Don't be fooled by their staged pictures. Nothing in the hotel works. They don't even have basic amenities like a kettle or shower gel in the rooms. The dining hall barely fits 3 families and is super cramped. Breakfast is served so late that you will end up delaying your whole day's plan. For dinner, they provide only buffet for which they seek confirmation by 3pm. Even after confirming they are unable to start dinner on time. Even after starting dinner so late, all items were not available. They have bare minimum staff who are all trainees. No one has any idea on how to run a hotel. There is no staff present anywhere in the hotel at night. All the contact numbers advertised are switched off at night. We didn't have power all night and had no help from the staff. The manager of the hotel just gives lame excuses like this is the first time this is happening. Zero accountability and responsibility for their guests. They even tried to charge us for providing milk for our baby.

Had an excellent stay. Hotel food is a must try and the place was so calm and pleasant. Hospitality was also great.
