Review Of New Armadale Nainital.

30 sep i booked from makemy trip and payment also done. But when i call hotel property they inform me hotel already booked all rooms from morning. I can not yet refund yet from make my trip. I am waiting for refund. Please give me refund.

1.hotel have no 2+1 bed occupancy 2. cleaness was too bad amd smell in both of the rooms3. many a times staff have to call for service but respond very late.4. even no door bell available.5. giger installed in the way to room pathway and water leakage just outside gate.6. food quality was below avg. 4 to dishes we have ordered

Worth money if you are looking for semi luxourios hotel in Nainital ... Lit bit far from mall road and shopping places. Parking is a bit problematic. If you get this room in 2k go for it. Service is also good.

Very bad experience at Hotel Armadale ... I will never stay at this hotel again. Very bad behavior of hotel staff, rooms are very uncomfortable, parking is poor too. Location is also miserable. I request MMT to please remove this hotel from their list.

The hotel provided very poor services. After enjoying the day we didn't even wanted to enter in the room. The room was very small according to the rates. The lights were also dim. The bed sheets and mattresses were torn and were not changed even after many reminders.

Location is too far from mall road, although pick and drop service available but its impossible to use it as they have good excuse of traffic jam ... Its too far from main road .. Food is costly however buffet system is there, service is good. WiFi and hot water available ..

Please do not go for this hotel as it is one of the worst Hotels in Nainital. The manager's is soo rude. We booked 3 rooms standard one.. The pictures shown here of standard one is wrong the manager argued that is suite room at it cost double the standard room cost.. We checked in at 2 pm. He gave us two rooms that were literally too small and shabby that I can't even explain.. He said you're one room is not ready and the key is with some laundry boy.. He was not ready to give us the room.

The rooms provided to us were very clean and well maintained with good furniture. Extra beds were available if needed. Parking was also there and the staff provided good and prompt service whenever we asked for anything. Its quite a beautiful property. Before reaching, you should confirm what time you can check in as the room might not be available if you reach earlier I. E. Before standard check-in time of 12 noon. They provided us temp rooms to get ready till that time. Location is peaceful but its not walk-able from mall road. You will need to have your car or taxi.

We didn't get other budgeted options hence booked this one. Quite far away from mall road. Too much on height, you can't walk up to the hotel. You will need a taxi. Although you can walk while coming down from hotel to mall road. Toilets were smelling. They are making money in seasons.

Rooms allot ed to us were not the ones we booked. We were told why did you book online you should book with hotel only. Person at the hotel reception was very rude & to make it worse dev in your call centre kept me on hold for 10 mins & unprofessionally disconnected the call. We had no choice but to compromise our stay.

Hotel is 1km from the main Mallital market. Rooms are okay and service is average. They have very small car parking and it is a big problem if you are coming by your own vehicle in season time. Rooms had no fan installed.

It was strange that Hotel Armadale, Nainital had no reviews when I booked a room there for my stay with my family. There was a risk, which I took, and thankfully it paid off. Though it is located uphill at quite a distance from the Mall Road, the hotel staff readily provided us with a vehicle for dropping and pick up, at our convenience. Though, I was told later, on the day before we left, that it is provided only once a day, on my request they obliged me to let us use their complementary cab service twice on that day too. This is an excellent budget hotel with courteous and helpful staff and good room service. Though, I wanted to checkout at 12 pm, as scheduled, I was told that I could stay comfortably in the hotel for one more hour before going to Kathgodam to catch my afternoon train. The paid hotel cab to Kathgodam booked on my request, had an excellent polite & courteous driver, Mr Narula, making our journey a treat. Good decent budget hotel!
