Terrible Stay
Very dirty bathroom and bed.Very slow water commode. No drinking water. In bathroom, small small germs in bathroom water.Entry is very narrow and two levels of stairs, not ok for older and handicapped people.

Terrible Stay
The bathroom was smelling horrible, not clean at all. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. The geyser was not working. there was no option for warm drinking water. the food services there were terrible, no food available anytime of the day despite having a food menu card and a kitchen in the hotel. the price was very high, the bedroom and the bedsheets were not clean, very dusty and smelly

Hotel was ok type good, bit issue was with Washroom geyser which was not working.

Bad place
Bathroom blocked and smelly. Very tiny rooms and tiny bathroom. Bad experience. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Not a good experience
Rooms were so cold. Bed and blankets were wet. Tv was not working, we asked several times but they didn’t respond. There was so much noise during midnight. Service was not good. I was not happy

Smelly room
Room were very smelly. Beds. Were wett. Very dirty room and beds. Also. Very far from lake. 2 store y stairs to climb. No lift. Etc.

familyDid not get hotel on time, tv not working, no electricity so no use of ac. Hotel was not clean and water every where.

Not worth
Mushy smell in the room, smelly bedsheets, broken dustbin, geyser not working, used water bottles, 1/10 would not recommend anybody to stay there considering the money they charged and the facilities provided

The worst experience of my life to book this ekum lodge and still we didn't received my amount back, no parking space no one at reception if u r running any property some one should be there to attend your guest, i suggest everyone not to book this kind of lodge ekum lodge kindly refund my amount back which is 1897 asap thanks advo preeti

Bad experience
Very far away from main road. 1km walking on height. Also no good service, heater works very slow, they also get food from somewhere when we order, then don't have kitchen, was very ok, rooms locks were not working properly.

Good hotel
Nice facility, good staff nice lake view point and selfie point. I suggest it special for couples visitors of nainital. Excellent facility available there.

Average Stay
The room was too cold, there could be some arrangement to heat up the room, blankets are not enough as per the temperature requirment, washroom toilet flush was not properly working, parking is too big issue there, no arrangement from hotel.
