Review Of Neelam Foresteria Resort

Positives: 1. Property seems to be new, so it is all clean and maintained well 2. Rooms are spacious 3. Centrally located 4. Decent parking space 5. Large swimming pool Negatives: 1. Resort is seriously short staffed and hence the service is pathetically slow. Even for basic things like room cleaning, we had to remind atleast 5-8 times every day. 2. No hot water for 2 out of 3 days we stayed and staff had no idea why it was not working. On request, they provided us 2 buckets of hot water for bath. 3. Continuous foul smell from the bathroom 4. Breakfast was just about ok and again there was zero to no service at the counter 5. Fridge and safe locker were not working Overall the negatives out-weigh the positives and for the rates they are charging, the service is nowhere close to it.

Amazing stay experience of resort cottage is well managed,all amenities was best of room,specially food was so delicious service is also great,overall we found a best property in panchmari.

It was a very bad experience. The manager is very rude and the whole staff is rude. Neither the service is good nor the staff is good here. Very bad maintenance!

Our stay at Neelam Forestia, Pachmarhi was truly wonderful. The location is peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The cottages were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all essential amenities. The staff was extremely hospitable and ensured we had a comfortable stay. The food was freshly prepared, delicious, and added to the overall experience. We loved how the property blends nature with modern comforts. It’s an ideal place for both relaxation and exploring Pachmarhi’s beauty. We highly recommend Neelam Forestia and would love to visit again

Hospitality is not good not at all helpfull nature.. other than it was a nice experience and food is also average..

Very good and well maintained property. some basic amenities need to be added like mini bar freeze in rooms. Resturant food is okay and lot of scope for improvement

Superb Stay We initially planned for 2 days 3 nights but due to property and peace in this place we extended for 1 night more. this place is very very awesome in Pachmarhi and a must stay place for family and friends. The pool is awesome, the gardens are good and swings are best for kids to play

The food is very basic, the staff is non courteous. The only good thing are the rooms and the location. Despite serving non veg in ala carte they only serve veg in buffet. So that’s a bit strange. They org-anise music every evening - which is super loud and annoying - starts at 06 pm and goes up till 11:00 pm. Overall not at all a value for the money they charge

It was a great experience of staying at neelam foresteria i enjoyed it so much and the staff was very good.

1. Rooms and washrooms were very small. 2. The atmosphere of the resort is excellent, in the rains, it looked really dreamy. 3. Service is okayish. Not too great. Not too bad.

Excellent hotel with wide garden, play area and pool. The location, food, service, staff were good during our stay. The monsoon season added ambience to our stay.

Rooms were very small. And even service response is also very poor. Size of bed is too small even to accommodate 2 adult with 1 kid.

It's the best resort of panchmarhi. Very soothing, good ambience, great hospitality, neat, hygienic and food was also good. Only part to improve is variety is breakfast they are offering.

Service is pathetic. There was no tea in breakfast also there is no coffee. Food is really bad. Room provided was very small.

My friend's mobile phone was left in the room. When we asked the hotel staff to check our room again and see the phone, the hotel staff clearly refused saying that the cleaning staff had cleaned the room and nothing was found there. But when we told the hotel staff that we will complain to the police, the phone is touched in our room itself, please check again, then they brought the mobile. This incident was very terrible for me and my friend.
