Over all good location, supporting staff,very good food..

stay was very comfortable coz of the hospitality of the staff and great food. ambience was spectacular, property is great. must try for 1st time visiter

MPT hotels are of far better Rooms & Food. Also you will get rooms with good price if you book them earlier. The best with this property is it has a very good surrounding and is very peaceful. While you are on a trip, enjoy the purpose for which you are there, whatever may be the situation.

Great place to stay. Cozy environment. Good Rooms. Good Service. It was worth every penny. We were 3 people. But the property is good enough to accommodate 6 people. Good space outdoor and indoor. It's a great Family stay and Friends trip. Free Breakfast was also excellent. Good quality food and good test.

Service is very poor. Rooms were good but required more cleaning as spider webs were there. Don't expect that they will serve you dinner or any other meal as staff is very less and if you order lunch expect that to be served at dinner time. even in breakfast you need to be after them for providing the breakfast on time.

Lovely cottage in the middle of Pachmadi, huts on hills , Lovely Restaurant, nice staff. Well maintained garden with big 🌳 🌲 & lush green lawn.

My experience at Greendale Resort was extremely disappointing. The manager’s behavior was very rude. When I checked in, I expected the service to be decent, but it turned out to be very poor. When I ordered food, I was told it would arrive within 20 to 25 minutes, but it came after an hour—and that too, cold. They don’t even have cold water available. In fact, they didn’t even have a 1-liter water bottle. When I went to talk to the manager about all these issues, the cook came and started pointing fingers at me while speaking rudely. On top of that, they even called the police, which affected our image very badly. We were forced to check out the same night due to all this, so we had to leave the hotel late at night. I’ve never seen such poor service anywhere. The resort has around 24 rooms, but only 4 staff members to handle everything, which is clearly insufficient. My overall experience with this booking was terrible. I want a full refund for this.

I had an excellent stay at Greendale Resort From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. My room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything tidy during my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — a great variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to different dietary preferences. The hotel’s location was also perfect, close to key attractions. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend Greendale Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I’ll be booking here again on my next visit!

I had an utterly disappointing stay at Greendale Resort in Pachmarhi, and I strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. For the price they charge, the experience was an absolute letdown, and here’s why:First, the room was far from clean. There were visible dust patches on the furniture, and the bathroom had a lingering musty odor that made it unpleasant to use. The bedding was the worst part – the blanket smelled like it hadn’t been washed in ages, and it felt damp and grimy. It was impossible to feel comfortable or relaxed in such unhygienic conditions.The breakfast spread was another major disappointment. The options were extremely limited, with just a few stale items that lacked variety or taste. For a resort charging premium rates, I expected at least a decent meal to start the day, but this was a complete letdown.The entertainment options were practically nonexistent. The TV in the room had a handful of channels, most of which were either grainy or not working. In 2025, you’d expect a resort to offer basic amenities like a functional TV with a decent selection, but Greendale clearly hasn’t caught up.To top it all off, the staff at the reception were careless and unhelpful. The guy at the front desk seemed clueless, barely answering questions and showing zero interest in addressing our concerns. It felt like they didn’t care about guests at all.Overall, Greendale Resort is not worth the money. You’re better off spending your hard-earned cash on a place that values cleanliness, customer service, and basic amenities. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs!

Management is so dumb that they couldn't understood over concern..as Iam a senior citizen and wife have under gone surgery of eyes recently.. and they were giving the Cottage at height which for us was unable to go I complained to MMT also..but from there also very cold response.. when I asked to cancel the booking they were not ready as it was with MMT and MMT lady was so casual that she demanding photograph etc..and not ready to listen..and just told us read email after waiting for long..at 6.15 pm Shalendra ( he was only person who was nice but bounded by policy) offered us upgraded room. now here also twist.. they don't supply packaged drinking water and no refrigerator was in such expensive room although after arguing he dint billed 2 bottles . but still over all pathetic experience I will blame MMT girl majorly

Food too oily. The outer part of property is nice having greenery around however they need to upgrade the facilities.

Did not like the service. There was no security guard near our cottage . They were at the reception that was far away. Not that cooperative

The breakfast at Greendale resort is the best we had ever.. they serve a lot of items and it's actually very delicious and various items are there for morning breakfast. They serve both veg and non veg food and preparation is good. Rooms are clean and well maintained along with hygiene. The lawn area is lush green and you can play some outdoor games like badminton, disc throw etc. The resort has 2 golf courses surrounding it and you can take a walk around with your family and friends. They don't have parking arrangements inside the resort, so if you are taking your own vehicle you need to park outside, but that's fine as they have CCTV cameras installed to keep watch on the vehicles parked outside. The colour inside cottages is pale yellow which i would suggest can be changed to something like off white, ash or some other light colour shade as it creates a pleasant atmosphere inside when you come for rest after a day long travel. Overall it was a nice experience staying at the resort.

Property location was easy reachable but on the other hand the stay was not Upto the mark as per the price they charge. At evening the electricity was not available for around 2-3 hours, the taste of food we ordered at night was also not good. To the very extant these two things ruined our stay.
